Terms of use
By using this website, you agree to these terms.
General information only
This website provides general information about property tax assessment review and appeal procedures. It is not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, or investment advice. Rules and deadlines change and vary by county, property, and notice.
No engagement from site use
Viewing the site, sending an email, or attending an introductory call does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Any engagement must be accepted in a separate written agreement that states the scope, fee, authorization, and applicable terms.
Fees and results
The standard fee is 25 percent of first-year tax savings. Owners switching from another property tax appeal firm pay 15 percent. There is no upfront charge and no fee if there is no reduction. The signed engagement agreement controls. Results vary, a review can find no basis for a reduction, and no result is promised.
State availability
Services are offered only where the required authority and representation conditions have been confirmed. We do not offer or solicit property tax consulting services in Texas at this time.
Acceptable use
You can use this site for lawful informational purposes. You must not disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or misrepresent its content as your own.
Third-party resources
Links to government and other third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or reliance on general site information.
Changes and governing law
We can update the site and these terms. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
